RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) wanted to create a recruitment site which brought to life the people and culture behind the roles. We set about creating a site which would help educate and inspire users when searching and applying for jobs through the use of film and photography.
The films were commissioned to showcase the lives of people working at RBS, which also coincided with the print campaign.
Basing the site around these films we created a user journey which accumulates knowledge and recommends roles you maybe interested in as you search and apply.
